ELIYA BARON LOPEZ

Eliya M. Baron Lopez is a Fulbright student at the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology where she is researching marine plastics policy. She completed her M.A. in Marine Affairs at the University of Rhode Island and B.A. from UC San Diego in Environmental Policy and Korean Studies. She
has extensive work in the marine debris field as a researcher at the New England Aquarium, URI, and Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
